1999 New Holland TC29 4WD Tractor with New Holland quick attach loader with pin on bucket. 29 HP, showing 900 hours on non-working tach and non-working hour meter. Tractor starts quick with no blow by.

Drives tight, brakes good, clutch recently replaced. Everything about the tractor indicates the hour meter is close to the actual hours. Fuel gauge, oil pressure and charge light work. RPM and hour meter read off alternator. RPM hand will jump when started. Could be something in the alternator.
